Job Overview:
The CS Admin Support is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth coordination with internal departments, and efficient handling of customer requirements. By managing CS-related tasks, the CS Admin Support enables the CS team to focus on driving revenue and building client relationships.
Responsibilities:
● Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.
● Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and sales databases.
● Track and monitor sales performance, preparing regular reports and dashboards.
● Coordinate with operations, finance, and other BUs to ensure timely delivery, billing, and collections.
● Assist in scheduling client meetings, sales events, and team activities.
● Provide administrative support for proposals, and presentations.
● Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring prompt and professional response.
● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of stocks where applicable.
● Support CS team in implementing promotional campaigns and product launches.
● Ensure proper filing, archiving, and confidentiality of sales documents.
● Performs other official responsibilities as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
