Job Summary
The HR and Admin Assistant Manager serves as the functional lead for Recruitment and Organizational Development (OD & L&D) for both IE Medica and Medethix. This role reports directly to the HR and Admin Manager and is critical in ensuring the organization's manpower needs are met with high-caliber, organizationally-aligned talent and that robust development initiatives are implemented.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from securing job requisitions and sourcing to final onboarding, ensuring the approved manpower complement is achieved with candidates who are a technical and organizational fit.
- Documentation & Onboarding: Oversee pre-employment documentation and the timely preparation of the 201 Employee File upon onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive new employee experience.
- Coordination: Maintain close coordination with the Compensation and Benefits and Admin teams to guarantee proper recording and smooth onboarding of all new hires.
2. Organizational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D)
- L&D Strategy: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and implement priority training programs, focusing on those that can be developed and delivered in-house (e.g., New Hire Orientation).
- OD Leadership: Take the lead on the Organization Development function, supporting the HR and Admin Manager with core initiatives, including the upkeep of the Table of Organization (TO), Key Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Performance Reviews.
3. Employee Relations and Administration
- Contracts Management: Oversee and manage employment contracts, including tracking, preparation, and finalization of probationary assessments and regularization contracts.
- Disciplinary Action: Lead and/or support the HR and Admin Manager in all aspects of disciplinary investigations, cases, and grievances to ensure fair and consistent application of company policy.
- Employee Engagement: Actively support the HR and Admin Team in executing all assigned employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology and/or HR Management or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Proven experience in people management (leading a team or functional area).
- Extensive functional knowledge in Recruitment and Organizational Development/L&D is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
