Job Title: School Office Secretary
Job Description: The School Office Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. The role involves handling communications, maintaining records, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in the effective delivery of academic and departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Prepare and manage official communications for both internal and external stakeholders of the school.
- · Organize, maintain, and file documents and records of the department.
- · Coordinate with faculty members, staff, and external agencies, particularly those involved in Related Learning Experiences (RLE).
- · Act as a liaison to address and facilitate the needs of the department.
- · Monitor scheduled classes and prepare reports for departmental use.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php14,040.00 per month
