Job Purpose

The Human Resources Generalist - Data Management is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and optimizing HR data to support strategic decision-making. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data while providing insights through reporting and analytics. The position requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in HR systems, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HR databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Develop and generate reports to support HR functions and leadership decision-making.

  • Analyze trends in workforce data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HR data processes and systems.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.

  • Assist in the implementation of HR analytics tools and dashboards.

  • Provide technical support for HR data-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

  • Conduct audits to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.

  • Support HR projects by providing relevant data insights and recommendations.

  • Use, protect, and disclose patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Data Management work

  • Bachelor's degree, required

  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle difficult and/or sensitive situations

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to be proactive, responsive, and take initiative

  • Ability to prioritize work and handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Working Conditions

  • Work Set-Up: Onsite

  • Work Schedule: 5PM to 1AM, may change based on business need

  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear.

  • Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.

  • Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
