  • Support internal and external activities of Human Resources Department
  • Administration of statutory and non-statutory compensation and benefits, performance management and recruitment & selection;
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Assists in the administration of HR functions

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
  • Familiar with different facets of Human Resource Department
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to develop a working relationships with the interfacing department
  • Strong interpersonal skills
