As a Process Analyst, you play a key role in enhancing organizational efficiency by analyzing and optimizing existing business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct process modeling, and implement targeted improvements. Your ability to evaluate data and metrics will support informed decision-making and drive impactful process enhancements.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

  • Analyze and assess current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
  • Create process models and workflow maps to visualize operations and pinpoint inefficiencies.
  • Evaluate operational data and performance metrics to generate insights and recommend enhancements.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving processes, streamlining operations, and increasing overall efficiency.
  • Develop business cases for proposed process improvements, detailing potential benefits and impacts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their effectiveness post-deployment.

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in managing process changes, ERP implementations (partial or full), information systems, or related areas, with a focus on 1–2 core priorities.
  • Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks.
