We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can turn raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. If you have strong Excel and data validation skills and can start immediately, we want you on our team.
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis or related field.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, charts, formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot).
  • Experience in ERP data validation.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of MySQL.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Willing to work onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various internal and external sources.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, charts, formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot).
  • Generate recurring and ad-hoc analytical reports for management and different functional teams.
  • Visualize data trends and key performance metrics to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across multiple reporting sources.
  • Identify data quality issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and deliver effective Excel-based solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, data definitions, and reporting procedures.
