About the role

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Management Reporting Analyst for Accounting to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and timely management reports, working closely with our finance and technology teams.

What you'll be doing

  1. Build reports and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau (or similar), essential for data visualization and SQL querying.
  2. Extract and validate data using SQL or query tools; reconcile across sources.
  3. Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and summarize insights.
  4. Maintain standardized report templates and process documentation.
  5. Support ad-hoc analysis and executive review materials.
  6. Analytical thinking and data storytelling.
  7. Must have MS Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail.
  8. Collaboration with FP&A and business stakeholders.
  9. Has effective time management in fast-paced reporting calendars.

What we're looking for

  1. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  2. With 1–3 years in management/financial reporting, FP&A, or analytics.
  3. Proficiency in BI tools and SQL; possess strong Excel skills.
  4. Ability to interpret financial data and present insights.
  5. Effective verbal and written communication.
  6. Shared services or global reporting experience preferred.
