About the role

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will assist in forecast, budget, and month‑end close activities, and other duties assigned.

What you'll be doing

  • Support APAC, GSC, and Corporate Finance with recurring reporting.
  • Assist in forecast, budget, and month‑end close activities.
  • Develop business cases and track projects vs. plan.
  • Provide strong customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare monthly forecast, close, and annual budget deliverables.
  • Capital strategy planning and business case creation/review.
  • Track project actuals vs. business case; ad‑hoc reports.
  • Backup coverage during high‑volume or staffing gaps.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and improve process flows.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
  2. With 1+ years relevant experience; shared services/BPO exposure helpful.
  3. Variance analysis and month‑end close knowledge.
  4. Very strong Excel mastery (lookups, nesting, pivots).
  5. Oracle knowledge a plus.
  6. Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cycles.
  7. Business case analytics and project tracking.
  8. Stakeholder communication at senior levels.
  9. Process documentation and improvement.
  10. Shared services/BPO work experience (preferred).
