Teleperformance is looking for a talented Finance Analyst II to join our dynamic Asset Management team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's financial operations and strategic decision-making.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyze financial data and information to provide insights and recommendations to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Assist in the month-end close process and ensure the integrity of financial records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial issues.
  • Provide support in the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in the call center or customer service industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
