About the role
Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivables Analyst to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will execute billing, collections, and cash application with accuracy and timeliness, and other duties assigned.
What you'll be doing
- Execute billing, collections, and cash application with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain compliant AR processes and audit-ready documentation.
- Support month-end close for AR and revenue-related entries.
- Monitor AR aging and help drive collection efforts.
- Prepare routine reports on billing, collections, and unapplied cash.
- Process invoices, receipts, and credit memos in ERP; reconcile customer accounts.
- Resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders.
- Prepare AR aging and cash application reports; support close activities.
- Maintain internal control compliance across O2C processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and cash posting.
What we're looking for
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Has strong understanding of AR and revenue accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP AR modules.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Possess 1–2 years experience in AR or O2C operations.
- Shared services or multinational exposure preferred.
