About the role

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will deliver financial/metric analysis, budgeting support, and variance reporting, and other duties assigned.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver financial/metric analysis, budgeting support, and variance reporting.
  • Prepare forecasts and strategic planning analyses for leadership.
  • Maintain management dashboards and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide financial systems training and data import/export support.
  • Prepare budget/forecast analyses; support monthly BU management reporting.
  • Assist Corporate Budget Office during annual budget process.
  • Monitor budgets vs. actuals; analyze variances and recommend actions.
  • Research billing issues; prepare routine billing feed code as directed.
  • Maintain inventory/licensing compliance and usage/refresh forecasts.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related; qualifying certifications (CPA/CMA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA) preferred.
  2. Typically 2+ years relevant accounting/finance experience.
  3. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Hyperion tools a plus.
  4. Proficient in Excel; strong systems orientation.
  5. Ability to synthesize data for decision support.
  6. Budgeting and forecasting cycles; variance reporting.
  7. Dashboard/report pack maintenance and data integrity checks.
  8. With experience in interacting with BU leadership and Corporate Finance partners.
  9. Billing feed/data preparation as directed.
  10. Asset/licensing inventory monitoring and compliance.
