Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day admin tasks so the internal team can focus on HR, operations, and site support.

  • Process weekly timesheets accurately, ensuring all details are correct before reaching Finance.

  • Manage documents, registers, forms, trackers, and folder organisation.

  • Handle inbox clean-up, basic data entry, follow-ups, meeting notes, and internal updates.

  • Assist in capturing, writing, and refining SOPs to move work out of the client's head and into clear systems.

  • Communicate early and often—ask smart questions, summarise instructions back, and avoid silent confusion.

Must-Have Qualifications (Self-Check)

  • 2–3+ years admin experience (construction industry strongly preferred).

  • Confident communicator—comfortable asking questions, clarifying instructions

  • Strong English, both written and spoken; low need for repeated reminders.

  • Experience handling timesheets or similar structured data-entry tasks.

  • Available within AEST business hours.

  • Secure home office and reliable internet for daily collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with construction systems (e.g., Simpro, Procore, or project/task trackers).

  • Experience with Australian trades or construction admin.

  • Comfortable on camera for Zoom check-ins and screen-share working sessions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
