Administrative Assistant (Work From Home)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setup: 100% Work From Home

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Encode, organize, and track company documents
- Update and maintain employee timesheets, receipts, and other records
- Manage and store files using Google Drive and other cloud systems
- Prepare reports, summaries, and internal documents as needed
- Support management in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across all departments
Requirements:
- Must have a reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and other productivity tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
