Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team remotely. You will handle day-to-day admin tasks, coordinate with partners, schedule meetings, and ensure that all operational requirements are completed on time. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize company files, records, and documents (Google Drive or similar).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor deadlines and prepare monthly reminders (e.g., holidays, reports, billing).
- Coordinate with partners such as SSS, PhilHealth, HMO, Accountant, and Virtual Office.
- Research and prepare reports on administrative matters when needed.
- Track expenses and ensure bills or reimbursements are processed on time.
- Assist with basic government compliance monitoring (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team remotely.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 1 year of admin or office experience preferred (but not required).
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines while working remotely.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Location: Strictly Metro Manila, Preferably Quezon City
Potential Start Date: December 15, 2025
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
