Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Virtual Assistant to join our client's medical office team. The ideal candidate will handle phone communications, process medical record requests, and assist with insurance authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in English
  • Process medical record requests efficiently
  • Obtain insurance authorizations for patient services
  • Perform administrative tasks using Google Suite applications
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient information

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (strong English communication skills required)
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite applications
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks is preferred but not required
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Medical office experience is beneficial but not required; willing to train the right candidate
