JOB DESCRIPTION

TRAINING

  1. Create, update and maintain modules, exams and other materials necessary for training including training assessment and developmental needs.
  2. Other helpful training courses to improve their professional and personal skills.
  3. Must be knowledgeable on the documentation of the real estate sales process.
  4. Keep updated and knowledgeable on government mandatory requirements and other processes involving salespersons.
  5. Planning and execution of General Assemblies, Team Building Activities, and other events.
  6. Maintain an updated competitor's research database and the changing demands of the corporate sales environment.
  7. Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs for the sales teams.
  8. Develop sales performance policies and methods.
  9. Be keen on technological advancements and incorporate relevant tools and platforms to continuously improve the effectivity rate through the production of our sellers.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any relevant field.
  • With at least 3-5 years of working experience in the same field.
  • Must be Microsoft Office and social media/digital savvy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Energetic, determined and highly capable disposition.
