Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation and Delivery
  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Ensure training is engaging, effective, and tailored to various learning styles.
  • Team Leadership and Support
  • Supervise trainers or training specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with team leaders and department heads to identify training needs.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.

Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Training Lead/Supervisor in the call center industry is required.
  • Proficiency in communication, planning, leadership, coordinating, and coaching is required.
  • Experience being directly involved in curriculum development projects is preferred
