1.What will be your role

Clean Fuel is looking for TRAINING SUPERVISOR who will:

  • Assess current training and development systems and develop new training programs for the company
  • Conduct research to identify specific employee training needs
  • Conduct employee trainings (continuous training- head office and field)
  • Supervise Field trainers and Roving Supervisors
  • Jot form custodian

2. What you bring to the table

  • Bachelors' degree in field of expertise
  • Certified Professional in training Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Has passion for teaching and public speaking
  • With strong teamwork abilities

3.Must haves

  • Proficiency in training methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft office especially power point presentation
  • With proven experience (2years) as training Supervisor
  • Knowledge in video editing/ presentation
