Teleperformance as a Training Instructional Designer Supervisor. In this full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, you will play a key part in designing and delivering impactful training programs that empower our employees to excel in their roles and provide exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop training content and materials, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and other digital learning resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training is aligned with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to drive learner engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to continually enhance the learning experience.
  • Mentor and coach a team of training instructional designers to support their professional development.
  • Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance and enable reporting.

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, training development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design interactive, engaging training programs.
  • Proficiency in using various learning management systems, authoring tools, and multimedia software.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Experience in a contact center or customer service environment is highly desirable.
