Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Facilitation and Delivery

· Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing employees.

· Ensure training is engaging, effective, and tailored to various learning styles.

2. Team Leadership and Support

· Supervise trainers or training specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.

· Coordinate with team leaders and department heads to identify training needs.

3. Performance Monitoring

· Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

· Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):

· Bachelor's Degree holder

· At least 2 years of experience as a Training Lead/Supervisor in the call center industry is required.

· Proficiency in communication, planning, leadership, coordinating, and coaching is required.

· Experience being directly involved in curriculum development projects is preferred
