Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, IE, Communications, Education, Org Dev't and other related courses
  • With at least 2 years work experience as OD Supervisor or HR Specialist (Organizational Development)
  • Must have conducted basic research in college and TNA, FGDs in previous work
  • Have at least conducted training programs, organized special events in school or at work
  • Must be an effective communicator, good problem solver/collaborator and creative
  • Demonstrate a positive work attitude and has pleasing personality
  • Might be required to travel (for ocular inspections or special training programs or events)
  • May also be needed to render overtime when required
  • Amendable to work onsite in Mandaluyong
