Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our sales operations by preparing proposals, quotes, and service agreements, conducting research, and maintaining accurate CRM data. You will also provide direct administrative support to our Admin Manager as they transition into a more strategic role, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in sales support or administration, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and office tools. You should thrive in a remote environment, enjoy collaborating across teams, and be comfortable balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and related documentation
  • Conduct research to support sales efforts and ensure accurate, up-to-date information is entered into the CRM system
  • Prepare, review, and update service agreements for new and existing clients
  • Support the main Admin Manager, in various administrative and operational tasks as they transition into a more strategic role
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the overall efficiency of the team

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a related role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Familiarity with service agreement preparation
  • Experience supporting leadership or operational managers
  • Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team
