We're Hiring: Sales Administrator

Remote | 10PM – 7AM Ph Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the VP's calendar, meetings, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, inquiries, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain trackers for distributor price lists, active SKUs, and promotional calendars.

  • Process expense reports, accounts, and payment requests.

  • Update and manage customer, pricing, and trade spend databases.

  • Coordinate sales samples, demo materials, and shipments.

  • Support Regional Sales Managers with paperwork, vendor setup, and trade promotions.

  • Liaise with Corporate, Marketing, and Sales Teams for smooth coordination.

  • Organize meetings and assist with special projects or events.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the VP of Sales.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree and has direct 2–3 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or executive assistant roles (or a combination of education and experience).

  • Basic accounting knowledge is required.

  • Must have experience in trade promotions.

  • Must have experience in using ERP (NetSuite is highly preferred)
