The Business Process Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization in documenting business processes across departments. This role ensures that departmental policies, process flows, and reporting systems are aligned with company objectives, efficiency standards, and compliance requirements. The position will work closely with Department Managers to standardize workflows, Job Descriptions, KPI, establish clear SOPs, and provide actionable insights through process documentation and reports.

Process Alignment & Documentation

  • Collaborate with Department Managers to draft, review, and document process flows that reflect actual operations.
  • Document policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for each department.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of departmental processes with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain an updated repository of process maps, manuals, and reports.
  • Create simple presentation or animation of process flow through Canvas, Powerpoint or other softwares

Reporting & Monitoring

  • Organize reporting templates and frameworks for monitoring departmental KPIs.
  • Consolidate departmental process performance reports for management review.
