The HR Business Partner serves as both the first and final touchpoint in the employee engagement lifecycle, ensuring a positive workplace experience and maintaining a strong employee satisfaction index. The role delivers excellent service in the areas of Labor Relations and Employee Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Labor Relations

  • Ensures that all HR processes are compliant with BPOI policies and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.
  • Monitors active labor cases to prevent lapses and resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Supports separated employees with post-employment requirements such as clearance and exit interviews.

Employee Engagement

  • Designs and implements employee activities including parties, outings, FGDs, and Brown Bag sessions.
  • Acts as the primary resource for HR policies and procedures.
  • Drafts and updates HR policies aligned with BPOI's values and employee needs.
  • Serves as CHR's single point of contact for all enterprise BCP/DRP initiatives.

Reports and Documentation

  • Prepares and maintains weekly manpower reports (new hires, attrition, movements).
  • Updates the Employee Discipline Tracker on a weekly basis.
  • Manages employee regularization processes: reminders, document validation, preparation, and routing.
  • Oversees employee movements: document review, validation, preparation, and routing.
  • Handles employee discipline cases including issuance of NTEs, evidence validation, and NDA preparation.
  • Conducts employment verification for active and separated employees.

Other Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with BPOI standards and role-specific requirements.
  • Reports actual or potential irregularities to appropriate authorities.
  • Proposes and initiates process improvements.
  • Upholds personal integrity and professional discipline to maintain the credibility of CHR and BPOI.
  • Exercises fiscal responsibility in all engagement-related initiatives.

Baseline Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or Psychology preferred.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong background in Labor Relations.
  • Skilled in event management.
  • Prior experience in a BPO setting is an advantage.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati.
  • Can start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
