The BUSINESS PROCESS SPECIALISTwill work with business teams to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problems. This will often involve mapping existing processes and designing to improved ones.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collects, reviews, analyzes, and prioritizes business and system requirements in collaboration with the process owners, key stakeholders, and the business innovations team.
  • Validates and prepares data, information and content in making measurable solution set for gaps and pain points.
  • Assists with the creation of process improvement plans and strategies, and applies a structured methodology and support process creation activities.
  • Conducts post process reviews and makes recommendations for continuous excellence in change strategy and delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor`s degree in Industrial Engineering or the equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, change management projects.
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational & interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong background in collaborating and team-working.
