Responsibilities:

  1. Report to assigned supervising officers and stakeholders
  2. Assist account and project leads in managing existing and new accounts, fostering long-term business relationships to identify opportunities for account growth
  3. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure that assigned tasks are performed accurately and keep the workflow on track.
  4. Measure the success of assigned campaigns.
  5. Help supervising officers in creating cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and managing budget
  6. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring that all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
  7. Evaluate potential problems and technical issues, and develop solutions.
  8. Attend and contribute to internal and client meetings.
  9. Collaborate with and brief the creative team to design concepts on behalf of the clients.
  10. Create quick sheets, job orders (JOs), reports, and other monitoring documents to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  11. Respond to complaints, resolve issues, and address delays in projects.
  12. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, strategies, and technologies.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, economics, or a related field.
  2. Has working knowledge of Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices.
  3. Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  4. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours
  5. Is willing to learn and adapt
