Digital Marketing & Operations Assistant

About Us We are a full-service digital marketing agency that builds websites, manages content marketing, and runs digital advertising for a range of clients. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, tailored solutions with a strong focus on results and client satisfaction.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our team and work closely with our Project/Operations Manager. This is an implementation and support role; you'll be the one helping to get things done, keeping projects moving, and ensuring quality and accuracy across deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Setups & Tools
  • Set up and configure accounts (Mailchimp, social media platforms, project management tools, software)
  • Assist with researching plugins, integrations, and software solutions.
  • Upload and format briefs in ClickUp
  • Creative & Marketing Support
  • Work with designers to prepare assets for brochures, flyers, email signatures, and other collateral, and liaise with them to make revisions based on our clients requests.
  • Perform basic QA checks on creative deliverables (brand consistency, formatting, grammar).
  • Support email campaign builds and scheduling.
  • Project Implementation
  • Document briefs clearly for designers and developers.
  • Track deadlines, update project management systems, and keep task lists current.
  • Assist with straightforward website changes (content, images, layout tweaks).
  • Administrative Support
  • Maintain organised project documentation and client files.
  • Prepare simple reports or summaries on project status.
  • Handle data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date.

Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, ClickUp).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the Operations Manager, provide clear updates, and confidently handle tasks that are delegated or "flicked across."
  • Basic understanding of web development concepts (able to communicate with developers).
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for accuracy and quality.

Nice-to-have: prior experience in a marketing or creative agency environment.

Role Details

  • Remote/offshore position.
  • Part-time to start, with potential to expand.
  • Must have some overlap with Australian business hours.
