As our audience and partner ecosystem expand, we're looking to add a Sales Coordinator to our Partnerships team.This role supports sales operations, ensures CRM hygiene, and drives internal efficiency through project coordination, data management, and content support.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to provide organizational support in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where they can grow alongside a small, high-impact team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years in a sales coordination or revenue operations role
- Deep understanding and experience with HubSpot required
- Strong organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp
- Basic understanding of B2B media, marketing, or advertising workflows
- Excellent written communication and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES:
- Organized: Handles multiple projects and deadlines without dropping details
- Detail-Oriented: Keeps CRM, reporting, and documentation clean and accurate
- Tech-Savvy: Confident with HubSpot, ClickUp, and using tech to improve processes
- Proactive: Spots inefficiencies and suggests improvements
- Collaborative: Works seamlessly with internal departments
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- CRM & Sales Operations
- Maintain and update HubSpot for data accuracy, deal hygiene, and lead segmentation
- Build workflows and automations to streamline sales processes
- Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports against key metrics
- Support the Director of Sales in improving CRM utilization and identifying revenue opportunities
- Internal Coordination & Project Management
- Schedule cross-department meetings, and track action items relating to sales projects
- Assist in creating sales collateral (one-sheets, LinkedIn content, decks, case studies)
- Collaborate with marketing/design for brand-consistent materials
- Manage project timelines in ClickUp to keep initiatives on track
- Sales Support & Research
- Conduct pre-call research and prep materials for AEs
- Track competitor sponsors and market trends for new lead identification
- Maintain awareness of where current sponsors are spending ad dollars
- Prepare insertion orders (IOs) and ensure campaign data accuracy
ABOUT THE POSITION
You'll report directly to the Director of Sales and work closely with our AEs, Client Success Coordinator, and internal teams. This is a behind-the-scenes, detail-driven role ideal for someone who loves process, organization and sales operations. You'll help build the systems that power DTC's revenue team while gaining hands-on media and partnerships experience. Expectations to work Eastern Standard Time (EST 9:00AM - 5:00PM)
