Project Coordinator – Solar and Battery Storage Solutions

To be successful you must have:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree – preferably Electrical
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Time-management skills without compromising efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • A general enthusiasm for sustainable and renewable energy
  • A self-motivated and enthusiastic attitude with focused and collaborative approach
  • Must be presentable and able to work autonomously when needed
  • A strong focus on delivering a positive client experience
  • Ability to work effectively with a high-performing sales team
  • Previous solar experience highly regarded
  • Own laptop / computer and a mobile phone

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Project Management and Sales Teams
  • Supervise and maintain financial setup of projects
  • Assist in the planning and deployment of labour and materials for projects – including scheduling technicians on to client jobs for efficient use of labour
  • Monitor technician licenses / vendor certifications to ensure they are current / valid for compliance purposes
  • Collaborate with project coordinator/s, solar installers, sales team members and clients with project related tasks
  • Maintain records in accordance with company systems and procedures
  • Maintain the company's commitment to quality and health & safety as directed by management
  • Oversee grid connection application process with network authorities
  • Oversee the registration and creation of solar certificates (STC's and LGC's)
  • Create owner's manual documentation
  • Design and maintain solar operations and maintenance process
  • Develop proposal and marketing documentation
  • Maintaining a database and CRM
  • Other duties as directed by senior management
  • Daily/Weekly reporting to senior management
