POSITION SUMMARY

At Digital Disruptors, we're looking for a Junior Project Manager who can keep things organized, communicate clearly, and help projects move forward smoothly. You'll work closely with our creative, strategy, and client teams to make sure timelines are met, deliverables stay on track, and communication stays clear.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and learning how to manage multiple moving parts. You'll use tools like ClickUp and AI-powered productivity platforms to plan, track, and coordinate tasks efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Execution

  • Support multiple digital marketing projects and ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets stay on track.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and strategy teams to maintain alignment and clear communication.
  • Use ClickUp and other project management tools to track progress and keep visibility across all tasks.
  • Help prepare briefs, schedules, and client documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

Client & Team Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are clear and deadlines are met.
  • Draft and organize client documents, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Schedule and support virtual meetings, reviews, and follow-ups to ensure smooth coordination.

Tool Management & Efficiency

  • Confidently use ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Apply AI-powered tools for note-taking, summarizing, and reporting to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Keep project files, updates, and documentation organized and accessible to the team.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with project leads and senior managers on campaign planning and execution.
  • Stay open to learning new tools, systems, and project management approaches.
  • Share ideas to improve internal processes and communication across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, digital marketing, or client service.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp (required); experience with Airtable or similar tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration tools such as Slack or Zoom.
  • Understanding of social media workflows and digital project environments.
  • Interest in using AI and automation tools to streamline project management and productivity.
