  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Licensed Customs Broker (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in shipment handling, documentation, customs clearance, and transportation scheduling (air, sea, and land).
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, IATA standards, and local/international trade laws.
  • Proficiency in logistics and shipment management software, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Demonstrated success in improving operational processes and ensuring efficient, compliant transactions.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding service standards and KPIs in logistics or supply chain roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and government agencies.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
