The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective processes across both retail and construction operations. The role ensures compliance with company standards, manages people and logistics, and supports strategic initiatives to achieve operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials, supplies, and services to retail outlets and project sites.
  • Oversee workforce scheduling, performance monitoring, and task assignments.
  • Coordinate between departments such as procurement, logistics, inventory, and site management.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, costs, and productivity levels to achieve efficiency goals.
  • Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend system enhancements.
  • Handle customer or supplier concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Support the implementation of standard operating procedures and training of staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations or retail management, preferably within a retail, construction, hardware, or building materials company.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of inventory, logistics, and customer service operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and operational management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
