QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Preferably with Licensed Custom Broker
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS) and MS Office applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in shipment handling, documentation, customs clearance, and transportation scheduling across various modes.
  • In-depth knowledge of all relevant regulations, including customs, IATA, and local trade laws.
  • Above-average understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and proficiency in relevant logistics software.
  • Proven ability to identify and lead improvements in operational transactions.
  • Demonstrated capability to maintain high service standards with a track record of meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
