As a Supply Chain & Operations Supervisor in a Distribution Company, your role involves overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, from procurement to distribution. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory, managing logistics, and enhancing operational efficiency to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Your leadership, analytical skills, and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and meeting customer demands effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.    Manage supply chain operations from procurement to distribution.

2.    Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.

3.    Oversee logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities.

4.    Monitor and improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

5.    Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards.

5.    Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role within a distribution or manufacturing environment.

- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.
