The Warehouse Supervisor Trainee Program is designed for new college graduates.

Successful candidates will undergo structured training to prepare for a supervisory role handling warehouse personnel, fulfillment operations, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Management

  • Assist in leading and monitoring daily activities of warehouse staff.
  • Support supervisors in scheduling, manpower deployment, and productivity tracking.
  • Learn basic employee management, including discipline and performance feedback.

2. Warehouse Fulfillment

  • Participate in the full warehouse process: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with operations support and other departments to meet client requirements.

3. Process and Performance Monitoring

  • Record and analyze key operational metrics (accuracy rate, throughput, turnaround time).
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
  • Attend on-the-job and classroom training focused on leadership, warehouse operations, and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
  • Willing to undergo intensive training in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasig or Quezon City warehouse sites.
