  1. Drives revenue targets through meeting occupancy and implementation of marketing strategies to support business growth.

  2. Analyzes financial data and develops effective strategies to reduce business cost and increase company profits. 3. Negotiates and processes tenant contracts in compliance with Contract Management procedures.

4. Performs timely and efficient collection of rental fees and other receivables

  1. Facilitates Customer Engagement onsite and social media channels.

  2. Develops and sustains solid relationship with customers and company stakeholders.

  3. Facilitates implementation of Property House Rules, Safety and Security.

  4. Manages the overall operation of the assigned properties.

  5. Coordinates with the Facility Management team on the technical and third party services required for the assigned properties

  6. Prepares and presents for Management approval all business initiatives with Revenue Projections, Market Studies and Conditions, Marketing Plan and Rental Rate Review.

  7. Prepares and reports on all established Key Performance Indicators at the monthly Business Review meeting.

  8. Prepares the Annual Operating Plan for Management approval covering Revenue, Occupancy and Collection targets for assigned properties.

13. Facilitation and monitors compliance to internal policies and statutory permits in the general administration of the properties. 14. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
