Brief Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Officer to support our growth in the food industry and franchise sector. The ideal candidate will assist the Business Development Manager in identifying new business opportunities, expanding franchise networks, and fostering strong relationships with partners. This role plays a key part in supporting the expansion and sustainability of our brand across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential franchisees and business partners.
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential new locations.
  • Support the preparation of business proposals, franchise documents, and marketing materials.
  • Help coordinate meetings, site visits, and communications with prospective franchisees.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and partner databases.
  • Monitor franchise performance and assist in developing strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure franchise standards are met.
  • Support in organizing business development events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Business Development Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or franchise support, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with franchise operations and business expansion strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Willing to work onsite and travel occasionally as needed.

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
