
Sales and Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to drive client acquisition both in the U.S. and international markets. Your role will involve researching and identifying potential clients and distributors, generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, and online research, and maintaining a pipeline in our CRM. You will conduct product introductions, follow up on leads, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, excellent English communication skills, and a strong ability to manage leads independently while working full-time during U.S. EST business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and distributors in the U.S. and international markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, directories, and outbound calls.
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up on your cold leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects in CRM.
- Conduct product introductions and schedule follow-up meetings with the company president.
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and order processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years Proven experience in sales and lead generation (not just customer service).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking confidently with U.S. and international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage leads independently.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRMs, and online research.
- Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST).
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
