Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support prospecting, outreach, and funnel management. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with multi-channel lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build prospect lists from LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and industry directories
- Add new contacts to tracking sheets with accurate details (Name, Company, Role, Email/Link, Source)
- Conduct outreach via email, text, and social media using pre-written scripts (30–50 messages daily)
- Promote webinars/masterclasses by sending reminders, follow-ups, and tracking attendance
- Repurpose content for different platforms (LinkedIn, email newsletters, Canva graphics)
- Manage and update Wix landing pages, funnels, and automations to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain CRM and Google Sheets with daily/weekly metrics (leads, messages, registrations, responses)
- Provide weekly performance summaries and identify new opportunities for outreach
KPIs
- 100–150 new leads added weekly
- 150–200 outreach messages sent weekly
- 15–30 webinar/masterclass registrations per event
- Funnel uptime: 100% (all forms/emails working)
- Accurate lead tracker updated weekly
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Gmail, LinkedIn, and Facebook for outreach
- Experience with Canva for simple graphic creation
- Familiarity with Wix for landing pages and automations
- Highly organized with attention to detail and consistency
