
Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a tech-savvy lead generation specialist (email marketing) with at least 2-3 years' proven experience to drive growth for an Australian accounting and professional services firm.
Key Responsibilities
Your main focus areas will be Lead Generation and Sales Support.
- Lead Generation & Email:
- Research and compile prospect data (email/phone) for targeted outreach.
- Develop and execute email campaigns using platforms like Apollo and Instantly.
- Manage contacts and campaign follow-ups within the CRM.
- Digital Presence & Content:
- Manage and grow professional social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Create and curate content relevant to accounting and business insights.
- Use AI tools to enhance content creation and campaign performance.
- Inbound Handling & Sales Support:
- Handle and qualify inbound inquiries from digital channels.
- Support business development efforts.
- Track all lead status and pipeline activity in the CRM.
- CRM & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate client data and interaction records in CRM.
- Integrate or automate CRM workflows.
- Analysis:
- Track competitor activity and market trends.
- Use AI-based analytics to prepare actionable strategy reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, sales support, or lead generation.
- Solid understanding of CRM platforms (especially HubSpot).
- Strong knowledge of digital automation tools.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., content generators, analytics).
- Strong analytical, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales support, or lead generation is required.
- Experience with multiple AI platforms including content generators and analytics tools is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per year
