Overview

We're hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to take full ownership of expanding our U.S. client base. This is a remote, full-time position based in the Philippines.

Your core mission: build, manage, and execute a complete outbound client acquisition system that consistently brings in qualified leads and booked meetings for our business development team. You'll lead outreach efforts across multiple channels — cold email, LinkedIn, and phone — and be accountable for hitting aggressive pipeline goals in new states.

We're not looking for a call center rep. We want a strategic operator who understands how to research, target, and convert real B2B opportunities. Someone who can run campaigns, build systems, and think like a sales strategist.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation Ownership

  • Build and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns targeting general contractors, subcontractors, and construction vendors across the U.S.
  • Develop segmented lead lists using tools like Outscraper, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Manage and optimize outbound messaging (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls).
  • Constantly refine targeting, scripts, and sequences to improve conversion rates.

2. Sales Development & Qualification

  • Engage leads directly to qualify company fit, marketing needs, and budget readiness.
  • Book sales calls for the President.
  • Ensure every booked meeting meets strict qualification criteria.
  • Track and analyze funnel performance to ensure predictable weekly output.

3. Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain and improve CRM workflows (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Track metrics daily: activities, response rates, appointments booked, and conversion ratios.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports to leadership with clear data-driven insights and next steps.

4. Strategy & Market Awareness

  • Identify high-potential markets and untapped regions for expansion.
  • Stay current on trends in the construction and B2B marketing sectors.
  • Suggest new approaches, campaign types, and automation tools to improve results.

Performance Metrics

  • Maintain 80–100 high-quality outbound activities per day.
  • Book a minimum of 5 qualified appointments weekly that meet decision-maker and budget criteria.
  • Support the team in hitting or exceeding monthly new client revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience leading B2B lead generation or sales development campaigns.
  • Proven ability to build and manage outbound systems — not just follow them.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, list building, email sequencing, and CRM workflows.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients, preferably in marketing, construction, or B2B services.
  • Exceptional English skills — must speak near accent-free, professional-level English.
  • Highly analytical, organized, and proactive with exceptional follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing a pipeline, tracking KPIs, and leading with accountability.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Smartlead, or similar tools is a major plus.
  • Able to work 9am-5:30pm Pacific Time M-F.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
