Lead Generation Specialist
We're looking for a few sharp, self-driven Lead Generation Specialists to fuel growth in two high-demand sectors: BPO/Call Center services and Social Media Reputation Management. If you're a natural hunter who thrives on uncovering opportunities and connecting with decision-makers, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Drive targeted lead generation campaigns across email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and competitor research.
- Use Go High Level (GHL) to track, nurture, and manage leads through the pipeline.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers — including executives responsible for call center outsourcing operations, customer experience leaders, VPs of Customer Care, and vendor management professionals.
- Build relationships and open doors with VP, Director, and C-Level executives.
- Blend creativity and strategy to maximize conversions while keeping a professional, consultative approach.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience generating qualified leads within the BPO/Call Center and Social Media Reputation Management industries.
- Strong grasp of email and LinkedIn marketing strategies, with the ability to integrate both seamlessly.
- Skilled at competitor research to uncover new opportunities and market gaps.
- Comfortable and confident speaking with senior executives (VP, Director, C-Level).
- Independent worker who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable results.
- Professional, polished communicator who knows how to balance persistence with tact.
