Take the next step in your accounting career and make a real impact Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Accountant with experience in QuickBooks and, ideally, property management software. In this role, you'll oversee billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting while collaborating closely with property owners and stakeholders. If you excel in accuracy, organization, and delivering reliable financial results, this is your opportunity to help streamline operations and drive financial clarity for a growing property management business.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks while maintaining accurate financial records

  • Enter bills and expenses into property management software

  • Manage billing processes for property owners

  • Assist with month-end close procedures and reconciliations

  • Reconcile bank accounts in QuickBooks

  • Support overall financial operations and reporting initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven accounting and bookkeeping experience

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks software

  • Experience with property management software (preferred)

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including property owners

Scope

  • Work within property management software and QuickBooks

  • Interface directly with property owners regarding billing matters

  • Support month-end financial reporting and process improvements
