ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role located in EDSA Greenhills. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. The role involves coordinating with maintenance teams and contractors, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, conducting property inspections, and managing budgets and expenditures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed
    Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineer
  • 3–5 years of managerial experience
    in Property Management, Building Operations, and Equipment Maintenance
  • Experience as a
    Pollution Control Officer (PCO)
    ,
    Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
    , and/or prior management of
    CBRE Properties
    is an advantage
  • Tenant-centric
    and
    service-oriented
    approach to work
  • Strong
    leadership

  • Highly analytical
