  • To lead in the implementation of timely and accurate billing, payment of current and past due OPEX and CAPEX, and financial reporting with the use of the corporate system.
  • Comply with financial-related government regulatory requirements and full application of the Operating System.
  • Responsible and accountable for the consistent and timely implementation of the Association/ Building Administration Inc.'s Billing and Collection policies, and procedures through the use of the corporate system.
  • Responsible for the direct implementation and compliance of the Association's approved Disbursement policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide information to the PM in creating and obtaining an approved Operations Plan and Budget, inclusive of initiatives and targets for revenue, OPEX, and CAPEX.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and submission of Financial Reports and Requirements.
  • Responsible for the validity, accuracy, and timely update of financial records by the Association/Building Administration Inc. approved policy and procedure.
  • Monitor payment of OPEX and CAPEX. Resolve and pay past due transactions and accounts payables
  • Initiate reconciliation of accounting transactions (book to bank; bank to book).
  • Support the PM in finance and administrative-related activities in the property.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Assistant or equivalent.
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in General Accounting is preferred but not required.
  • Willing to work within Metro Manila.
  • Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays.
