We're hiring a driven and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. You'll be the main point of contact for key accounts, responsible for sales growth, trade program execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Achieve sales targets and oversee order-to-collection processes
  • Execute trade and merchandising programs in collaboration with internal teams
  • Conduct store visits and monitor campaign performance
  • Coordinate with field teams and departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Submit timely reports, forecasts, and trade spend documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years in Key Account/Sales Management (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; Power BI is a plus
  • Must be able to drive and work on-field
