Key Responsibilities:

Talent Scouting & Engagement

  • Lead intake sessions to understand client hiring needs, culture, and priorities
  • Source top-tier candidates using effective search strategies and creative outreach
  • Deliver high-quality shortlists that meet client expectations within set timelines

Candidate Experience & Client Impact

  • Act as the trusted bridge between people and opportunity
  • Manage interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with precision
  • Keep candidates engaged, informed, and excited throughout the recruitment process

Performance & Delivery

  • Achieve daily and monthly placement goals
  • Submit shortlists within 48 hours of intake
  • Maintain a 90% or higher client satisfaction rate

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Partner with internal teams to improve recruitment processes
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Share market insights and talent trends to keep clients informed and competitive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or RPO preferred)
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities
  • High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability
  • Thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment
