Salary: ₱95,000 – ₱120,000 gross per month

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Work Setup: Hybrid (On-site in Quezon City 3x per week)

Work Schedule: Mid Shift | 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Manila Time)

Job Description

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow workflows and modules. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow workflows and modules
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions
  • Provide technical support and resolve ServiceNow-related issues
  • Conduct testing and assist users during UAT
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to optimize ServiceNow processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, Workflows)
  • Experience with web service integrations (API, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
  • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML
  • Knowledge of ITSM and Agile/Scrum methodologies
